The plenary session elected Lou Qinjian, Hu Heping, Mao Wanchun, He Rong, Guang-Zhi Zhang, Liang Gui, Xu Xinrong, Wang Yongkang, Zhuang Caxin, Du Hangwei, Jiang Feng, qian cited an Tongzhi as a member of the Standing Committee of the 13th Provincial Party Committee;
Lou Qinjian was elected secretary of the provincial Party committee, and Hu Heping and Mao Wanchun were elected deputy secretaries of the provincial Party committee.
After announcing the election results, the participating members expressed their congratulations to the newly elected provincial party secretary, deputy secretary and Standing Committee of the provincial Party committee with warm applause.
After the meeting, the leaders of the new provincial Party committee and all representatives of the 13th Provincial Party Congress took a group photo in the North Gate Square of the Great Hall.
