Xiong Zhuo, male, 40 years old (born in February, 1977), Han nationality, from Yiyang, Hunan province, joined the party in June, 1995, joined the work in March, 2001, graduated from Tsinghua University, majoring in metal plastic processing, on-the-job postgraduate (Tsinghua University material processing engineering major), Doctor of Engineering, Professor.

The outgoing deputy secretary of the Communist Youth League was born around 1975. According to the public resume, Chang Yu was born in December, 1974, Yang Haibin was born in June, 1975, Huang Keyi was born in March, 1975, and Yang Lixian was born in October, 1976.

All three deputy secretaries were born in 1980

On May 8 this year, the organization department of the municipal party committee issued a pre-post announcement. Mao Xiaogang, director of the review department of Beijing Daily and member of the editorial committee of Beijing Daily, was proposed to be the deputy secretary of the Beijing Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League (one year probation period).
