Beijing: The first loan of the first suite after the New Deal accounts for over 80%

In order to effectively promote the implementation of the new real estate regulation policy and continuously track the impact of the new policy on the market, Beijing banking regulatory bureau has been tracking the personal mortgage issuance of commercial banks within its jurisdiction every week since the second week of April this year, banks are required to send loan application, approval and issuance according to weekly reports. Today, Beijing banking regulatory bureau released the key monitoring data of personal mortgage for the first time.

According to the monitoring, from the second week to the fourth week in April, the number of individual housing loan approvals in Beijing was 4456, 3944 and 3188 respectively, which decreased continuously on a week-on-week basis. Among them, in the third week, the fourth week dropped 11.5 percent and 19.2 percent respectively.

The total amount of 11588 personal housing loans issued in these three weeks is 15.328 billion yuan (6.659 billion yuan, 4.443 billion yuan and 4.226 billion yuan respectively in three weeks), and the weekly average is 20% lower than that of the previous month. Among them, 1.185 billion yuan (accounting for 8%) is the mortgage signed online after the implementation of the “March 17” new policy. Among the 1.185 billion yuan, 0.976 billion yuan was the first loan of the first suite, accounting for, and the policy implementation effect was obvious. (CCTV reporter Wang Lei)
