I grew up from an ordinary clerk to a leading cadre at the county level. Although I have my own efforts, I rely more on the cultivation and care of the party and the people. I don’t pay attention to study at ordinary times, and the consciousness of rule of law is weak, so that the ideological defense line collapses and falls from the peak of my life, which is really self-deserved. Only through profound repentance and introspection can I cleanse the rusty soul. I think there are several reasons why I can reach this step today:
The first is neglect of learning. Lack of learning initiative at ordinary times, always think that learning is virtual and work is real. When inspecting cadres, it mainly depends on work performance. As for political theory, I only know some political and economic trends, and even my learning experience is written by the Secretary, and I know little about legal discipline. Many learning materials are put in the bookcase to “sleep”. Although people were present during collective learning, they just couldn’t listen. Every year, I also participate in the “510” clean and honest self-police day activity, but I always think that it is someone else who has committed a crime and has nothing to do with myself.
The second is the absence of supervision. The secretary of the high-tech zone, which I concurrently hold, is an important position integrating human rights, financial rights and real rights. They are also “people begging me”. I have been the “top leader” at the grassroots level for more than 20 years, and now I am a member of four teams in the district. Most of the team members in the high-tech zone are from my hand strap. No one dares to say that I am wrong at ordinary times, this made me gradually develop the habit of doing “one word” in everything. The subordinates must understand my intention in doing things, otherwise I would crowd out difficulties. In such a long term, subordinates have become accustomed to saying “downwind” and doing “downwind”. They dare not mention correct opinions, and I am not willing to accept supervision myself, so let yourself slide into the abyss gradually. I have been working at the grass-roots frontline for a long time and have formed a fixed thinking mode: “stamping decision-making and waving execution”. Many decisions only meet in a small range, leaving supervision absent.
Again, indulge yourself. I always thought it was a small matter to eat, drink and drink with the boss of the enterprise, but they got familiar with each other, so I was embarrassed to refuse to accept the property again. I didn’t think it was a “warm boiled frog”. Therefore, I no longer act according to the policy, and regard the party discipline and state law as a child’s play. If I take what others have, I will try my best to make profits for others. The high-tech zone is a capital-intensive area, with hundreds of millions of capital flows a year. In my work, I have a good deal, love face, and entertain guests. A large amount of money has made me insensitive and lose awe of the law. I think accepting gifts is the “feelings” between investors and service providers. In fact, this is just an excuse for me to accept bribes and deceive myself and others.
