Secondly, Nanjing traffic police will exchange data and information with all bicycle sharing enterprises on a regular basis. According to the user information of the illegal parties, all bicycle sharing enterprises will deduct the credit value of the illegal parties, increase the cost of using shared bicycles. Finally, the sharing of bicycle enterprises for serious illegal and dishonest persons stops their qualification to use shared bicycles, and the data of traffic illegal and dishonest persons is shared data throughout the industry. Taking Mobike as an example, according to the credit scoring system rules of Mobike, when “traffic police block, abandon the car and escape” occurs, the credit score of the parties concerned will be deducted 50 points. The user’s initial credit is divided into 100 points. When the credit score is lower than 80 points, the unit price of the car will be increased from 1 yuan/half an hour to 100 yuan/half an hour. When the credit score is reduced to 0, the user account will be permanently frozen. However, OFO’s small yellow cars are more severe. When people share bicycles and escape from illegal vehicles, the credit score of bicycle users will be directly deducted to 0, at the same time, the account is suspended.
