Recently, in some areas of northern Beijing, northeastern Hebei and southwestern Liaoning, the precipitation is less than 5-80% in the same period of the year, and more than 80% in some areas. The temperature is 2-4 ℃ higher than that of the same period all year round. Some areas have severe drought, some areas have reached special drought, high forest fire danger class continues, and forest fires are prone.
It is expected that there will be no effective precipitation in northern Beijing, northeastern Hebei and southwestern Liaoning in the next week (12-18 May, 2017), and drought conditions will be maintained in some areas. Comprehensive Meteorological, forest phenology and satellite hot spot monitoring will be judged, the forest fire danger class in the above-mentioned areas has reached the level of extreme danger (level 5), and a high forest fire risk red alert is specially issued.
The above-mentioned areas are requested to attach great importance to the current severe situation of forest fire prevention, pay close attention to the changing trend of weather and forest fire danger, and take effective measures to ensure that all emergency response measures for high forest fire danger are put in place, strengthen fire source management, strengthen duty scheduling, and prevent serious forest fires.
