Previously, the panel of experts in this case had ruled that the 13 anti-dumping measures against China by the United States violated WTO rules in terms of target dumping and refusal to give separate tax rates, and the United States did not appeal.
The person in charge pointed out that this case involved many industries such as electromechanical, light industry and Minmetals, with an annual export amount of about 8.4 billion US dollars, involving China’s major trade interests.
